上條研究室では、自動運転の研究を行っています。実道路走行により車載カメラ、LiDAR, Radarにより走行 環境データを取得しています。車載カメラでは歩行者や車両が撮影されますが、プライバシーに配慮したデー タの取り扱いを順守しています。学会発表等の外部公表においては、画像や動画において歩行者の顔および車 両のナンバープレートが判別可能な場合は、これをマスクします。取得したデータは大学の規定により10年間 は研究室サーバーへ保存しますが、その後不要になった場合には、サーバーでのデータを上書きすることでデー タを消去します。サーバーを廃棄する必要が生じた場合には、サーバーでのデータを上書き、ハードディスク の物理的破壊、業者への依頼等の適切な方法により廃棄を行います。

Kamijo Laboratory conducts research on autonomous driving. We acquire driving environment data from vehicle-mounted cameras, LiDAR, and Radar by driving on actual roads. Pedestrians and vehicles are captured by the in-vehicle cameras, and we handle the data in a privacy-conscious manner. For external publications such as conference presentations, pedestrian faces and vehicle license plates are masked if they are identifiable in the images or videos. The acquired data will be stored on the laboratory server for 10 years in accordance with university regulations, but will be deleted by overwriting the data on the server when no longer needed. If the server needs to be disposed of, we will overwrite the data on the server, physically destroy the hard disk, or hire a contractor to dispose of the data in an appropriate manner.
